At Wits End with Diaper Rash

My son has had a bad diaper rash off and on for over a month to the point that his but gets all red and almost raw. At times you would think we were killing him to change his diaper. We are hoping we can get him potty trained but he shows no interest even though we tell him his bottom will stop hurting. He continues to tell us after the fact. He has also been constipated for at least a month and we have been giving him Miralax and trying to get the right dose down. Baby Has Yeast Infection

My 9 month-old has what I thought was a diaper rash, but at her 9 month check-up, her pediatrician said it is a yeast infection and prescribed Nystatin to clear it up. It hasn't cleared up yet, and I've used the entire tube. I also tried Lotrimin and that hasn't worked either. I change her frequently and even let her go diaperless for a few minutes a day. She also eats yogurt every day for breakfast. Don't know what else to do. Any suggestions on how to get rid of yeast infections?

Moms - I need your help! My son cannot wear Pampers pull-ups and when he does he breaks out into severe diaper rash and it looks awful! I have told his teachers, management, and director at his daycare that under no circumstance should my son ever wear a Pampers pull-ups. He also cannot use Desitin or AD. I use Dr. Smiths and Aquaphor. Usually when he breaks out I smear the Dr. Smiths and Aquaphor and I start him immediately on a BRAT diet. Almost 2Yr Old with Bad Diaper Rash!

I need help. My daughter is almost 2 and she had lose poopies for about a day and a half, she still have lose poopie but the worst diaper rash I have ever seen. I change her all the time. "Diaper rash cream is supposed to hurt." Those are the exact words from my dad.. . . Is this true???? I don't believe it, but my dad is adamant about it. Moisturizer for Sensitive Skin in Babies

My son is 5 months old and has very sensitive skin (Seborrheac Dermatitis--sp?). We use dye free/fragrance free soap and detergent. He also has been prescribed Elidel for his rashes. I'm wondering if there is a fragrance free/dye free lotion/moisturizer that I can use on his skin? Once his rash clears up, I don't like to use the Elidel unless I really need to because it's very expensive. We've tried Eucerin, Aquaphor, Aveeno. They all seem to give him a rash. Any suggestions???
