Curves Work for You?

I've once again decided it's time to do something about my weight. I used to be thin and trim without trying, was very active in sports, aerobics, etc. Then kids came. I've slowly put on weight for the past 10 years. I've tried several "life style changes" (aka - diets). W.W. worked for a while several years ago, I've tried that recently and I just can't seem to stick to it. PTSD - Sharing the Learning Curves

Do you have PTSD? I do. What's something that works for you when you have an episode (or just an anniversary) and still have to be the mom? Is there anything in particular you do to help decrease your daily stress levels? What about if you work full-time, too? I train in martial arts - at least 2x a week - and that somewhat helps with getting my headspace to stay better, but I'm currently feeling overwhelmed by life (and it's an anniversary time again) and the insomnia has been killing me.
