Having An Only Child

Of course, I’m joking, but that is the banter between siblings, and regardless of how old we are, that cheeky banter is always there, even into our forties…. More

Many mommas are overworked and exhausted. In fact, a recent study showed that moms work an average of 100 hours per week and that the average mom only gets about 10-15 minutes of quiet time a day.

Acupuncture for Kids?

Let me just start by answering my own question…a resounding YES! Acupuncture for children has a long, rich history beginning in China and (insert excited emoji here), it’s gaining popularity in the States!

As a pediatric acupuncturist, I’m often asked two questions when it comes to providing this medicine to children:… More
