Weight watchers....to Do~or Not~to Do???

Hello everyone, I'm looking for honest opinions about the weight watchers program. I'm trying to loose about 50-60 pounds gradually(not a fad diet or anything unhealthy). Lately I"ve seen many weight watchers commercials showing good results, but I'm not sure if there real or not. Has anyone joined weight watchers or know someone who has? Thanks in advance for the advice.

Lose the Baby Weight

O.k. ladies seriously, what have you done to lose the baby weight. I realize there is no easy way out but I feel like my midsection will never be the same. I've done Weight Watchers and all that but has anyone done anything different? Any vitamin supplements that help? I'm at my wits end.

Weight Watchers and Planning Meals

If any of you have been successful following the Weight Watchers plan, how have you planned your meals? I think I need to plan what I am eating for dinner first so I know how many points to spread throughout the day. Have you looked at a recipe and gone line by line figuring out points or do you try to pick dinners from a Weight Watchers cookbook? I thought the latter was a good idea; the points are already figured out for you. Also how do you make 26 points work for you? I am a big breakfast eater but with the other two meals and...

Pregnancy and Weight Watchers

Hey guys, I'm so excited!! I found out I am pregnant. But I'm keeping it on the down low from everyone because I miscarried last time and just want to play it safe again this time. Last pregancy I miscarried in the middle of my 10th week. At that point I had already gained 12 lbs. I did have an out of whack thyroid problem that has been delt with since then so I'm pretty sure that did not help the situation with weight, however, I did go to town with eating. I had been on weight watchers for 2 years at that point and so sick...

Need Some Weight Loss Inspiration

So I got on the scale for the first time in a while and was horrified to see that I have gained 6 lbs. since summer! Not happy at all! My daughter will be 1 next month and it's not called baby weight any more. I don't eat horribly but I think I'm just not paying attention and not taking care of myself as much. This is what I know I need to change: I should drink more water. I get so busy with the kids that I forget to drink anything. Also, I stay up way too late... like until 1:30-2:00 and get up at 6:30. I hear sleep is important to weight...
