Does Anybody Baby Gasp for Air After Alimentum?

My twins are now on Alimentum for 2 days now and after feedings they have gasped for air, one baby crying while gasping? Very scary & disheartening! I've called nurse once the day it first occurred but she said it's from them adjusting and possibly still gassy, does anyone else have any info as to why this could be happening? I want to stop the Alimentum all together but this is the 3rd formula, from Similac Advanced to Soy now this.

Blood in Baby's Diaper

My breastfeeding two month old son has been having 'stringy' blood in his poop since yesterday morning. The Dr yesterday said she sees a very small anal fisher and that might be the cause. i just don't see how it could be coming from something so tiny. she also mentioned it could be from dairy in my diet. he's otherwise a very healthy, smiley, talkative, full term baby. Any other moms/babies experience this?

Question About Similac Alimentum

I have a two month old who has had some feeding issues. His doctor put him on Alimentum two days ago because of his spitting up. He had been gaining weight well. My doc put him on this to help ease his tummy. Since being put this formula he had wanted to eat more often and more formula at a time. Before being switched he ate every 6 oz every 3-4 hours. Now he wants 7 oz every 2-3 hours. He had been sleeping through the night since he was 6 weeks old so he only goes through 5-6 bottles a day. FYI he is a big boy. At birth he was 10 lbs 1...

Baby Crying While Bottle Feeding at 4 Months, Starting Formula

We are transitioning from breastmilk to formula for my 4 month old baby. As we are increasing the amount of formula per feeding (every feeding is mixed with some breastmilk), we are noticing that he seems to turn his head to the side and cry for the first few minutes. After this time he will sometimes get the hang of it and finish the bottle, but sometimes he will end up only taking a few ounces. It does not seem to be gas related. I am wondering what may be causing this--pain, distraction, etc. It seems to be about the same for...

6 Week Old Infant. Reflux with Possible Milk Protein Intollerance, on Alimentum

At 3 weeks old my daughter started showing signs of reflux. She would arch her back at feeding, cry, want more and more formula to sooth the pain and would spit up and then cry. Our oldest had reflux as an infant with the same symtoms so we took our daughter the the ped where he prescribed Zantac. The Zantac didnt seem to work so we were then switched to Prevacid and put on Enfamil A.R.(which was what our son was on and worked wonders). She seemed to do a little better but was up a lot during the night and didnt sleep well during the day....
