Grown Out of the Carrier & Need to Purchase a Car Seat

I am looking for advice on purchasing a car seat. Annabelle is 9.5 months old she weighs 24 lbs 2 oz 98%, and 30.5 inches tall 99%. She is already in her 2nd carrier seat (we found it easier to transport to my suv, dads truck, & daycares suv. Now that we must upgrade to the carseat system we are looking for one that has a high weight limit so that we dont have to keep purchasing replacment units.
