Infant Eczema 911 !!

Hi. I have a daughter with eczema--everywhere! She has it everywhere from her ankle crease and ankle bones, to her knees (front and back), up to her wrists-all around, and now even on her neck. I use the hydrocortisone cream and aquaphor mostly every day, but my question is what do you do when the "2 weeks" is up that you are supposed to stop using steroid cream and your daughter is still just as bad off as she was with the creams? Also, any other solutions to itching at night esp. and when does this ever end would be great!

I have a 15 month old son who has extremely sensitive skin and had horrible ezcema (sp?) since he was an infant. We found out that it was mostly caused by an allergy to pet dander so we had to give up our pug. Hemorrhoids and Constipation at 9 Weeks!

Hello Ladies, I am 9 weeks pregnant and having issues with hemorrhoids and constipation. My doctor told me to use Tucks and an over the counter hemorrhoid cream but it doesn't seem to be helping. I've also been eating a ton of fiber, fruit, etc. and I'm still having constipation. Does anyone know of any other options to get relief from the hemorrhoids or constipation being so newly pregnant? Severe Ezema & Croupe Cough

Hello! My son has severe ezema, and croupe caugh he has had both since he was a few days old. He was diagnosed with the ezema at 8 days old, we have moved to a cooler city, since the heat really bothers him. Everytime he breaks out, he gets the croupe a few days later. I refuse to dress him head to toe, since he then breaks out more, and screams so he is always, most of the time, in shorts and a tee. 2Yr Old Son with Ezema

I have a 2yr old that has really bad ezema and I cant seem to get it to go away. I took him to the Dr. and he said to put Hydrocortisone cream on him. The ezema is all over his torso like sand paper I feel really bad, it is also on his bottom and it itches really bad. The Hydrocortisone just bleached his skin I am worried that he might have these bleach spots forever... Anyone who is going threw the same? Please help..

Severe Diaper Rash During Flu

My son who is 15 months old has had the flu for about 4 or 5 days now and has awful and I mean really awful diaper rash from all the diarrea he has had. What can I do to help clear it up and make it less painful. I am using just a spray bottle of warm water and paper towels to clean his bottom & was putting on generic Desitin but that doesn't seem to be helping. Hydrocortisone Cream and 6 Month Olds Face

My ped. put my son on perscription Hydrocortisone cream a few weeks ago for red spots, dry spots on his face. I have had skin issues all my life and have always been told not to use HC for a long period of time. I try to not use the cream all the time, so I apply when he has the spots and when they go away I stop, BUT they come back a day or two later. Should I stop using this and find something else, call the doctor? Or just use it?? Any suggestions?
