Planning My Son's First Birthday- Help Needed!!

My son is turning one in July and I am trying to come up with some good ideas. I'd like to get him a t shirt or something that says he's one and send out nice invitations. I don't like cheesy ones with teddy bears on them so I'm looking for something cool and hip. Any suggestions?

Too Much Princess?

My parents watch my 2 year old two days a week and are great with her. They have more than just a occasional grandparent role in her life and have a big influence on her. No offense to anyone, but my husband and I don't like princess and all things girly for her. 8 Year Old Girl Party

Hi Everyone, My youngest daughter is turning 8 at the end of the month. She wants to have a sleepover. I am looking for inexpensive ideas to make the party fun. I thought they can make their own fleece pillow (kit from Oriental Trading), but other than that I am blank. Should I just have the girls come around 5:00 pm and just do pizza, pillows and movie, or is that just too ordinary??? My daughter is really easy to please, but I want them to have a good time and not be bored!! Thanks for any ideas!!! C.
