Hi!
I am looking for a good pediatric dentist to take my 2 year old to in or near the Chandler area. My son is SUPER shy and doesn't do well with new people, nor anyone looking around his mouth (teethbrushing is a fight everyday).
This would be his first check up and I am hoping to find someone to keep seeing as he and his younger sister get older.
Any recommendations would be great!

Hi B.,
We took our 2 year old son to Kids First Ped Dentistry and he did great. Toothbrushing is a battle for us, too, and the first visit they just had him sit in a little red fire engine while they poked around. Then they had him on my lap and did a little brushing but it was nothing too invasive or traumatic. I like these 2 dentists because 1) they love kids and have their own 2) they are both board certified and consult as specialists at St. Joseph Hospital downtown. Anyway, they are at Gilbert and Queen Creek (so not technically Chandler) and their phone is: ###-###-####. Good luck!

I take my kids to Chandler Pediatric Dental. I started taking my son at 2 1/2 and my daughter at 2. We have been there for over 3 years and I love it. They are great with the kids!

Hi B.,

I highly recommend Dr Creech and the other dentist at Pediatric Dental Specialists. They just moved to a new office at Elliot Rd and the Price Frontage Rd (SE Corner) and are wonderful. All the hygenists work with the kids to feel comfortable. Their number is ###-###-####. Good Luck.

Children's Dental Village on Mclintock and Elliot with Dr. Longfellow and Dr. Padilla. They are really really good. We have been going to them for about five years.

My daughter (5), son (3), husband, and I all go to Provinces Dental (McQueen and Ray) and absolutely LOVE them. Not only are the dentists great (we've seen both Dr. Poelman and Dr. Bergloff), but the hygienists are fantastic. In fact, I often judge my dental experience based on the hygienist. After all, they are whom you see during most of your visit! The entire staff is super friendly, patient, and gentle. They are super with kids; very patient and kind and won't push. (They have kids of their own.) They even have a treasure box filled with goodies for them. I've been to many dental offices, and they do THE BEST job cleaning my teeth. Teeth cleaning had been uncomfortable to painful in the past, but these hygienists rock. If you haven't guessed already, I HIGHLY recommend them!
