I'm looking for an indoor place to have my soon to be 3 year old son's birthday party. I've seen all kinds of places online but I'm also have family in town (grandparents, aunts, etc.) Where is the best place for that can is something for everyone to enjoy but really centering on my 3 year old?

Since you are close to Coppell, have you checked out the Coppell Aquatic Center? They have a great kiddie pool. I think it only goes up to 3 feet, but starts at one inch! There is a lot of room for your daughter to play in the very shallow water (my almost 3 year old loves it!).
The Aquatic Center also has two other, deeper pools with more fun things for the older kids and adults.
They have picnic tables and even a grill for use (or you can rent a party room). Check out their website to find out the admission price - I think it's $4.00 each.

I am not familiar with the Carrollton area but if you're willing to expand your local search, you might want to consider "The Zone" in McKinney. I did my son's 2nd birthday there and they have a private bounce area in the back for your party and they also have a BUFFET style italian restaurant and Jazz bar type area attached to the facility. It worked out great for us because we had older folks there who opted to dine at the italian place and we also had younger couples and friends without kids who snuck in to the bar area for a few drinks while the kids were busy bouncing to pass the time. They also have a game area where you use tokens and a laser tag area as well (for older kids and teens). We have a pretty large family with a huge mix of age differences in adults and kids and I liked The Zone because it had a little of everything for the different groups of people who attended.
