I'm looking for the best option for 3 kids. they are all different ages, the oldest being almost two. He is a big two year old, so I think a triple stroller won't be good because is already too big! any advice on the best option? I'm going to get him a harness temporarily because he is more than able to walk, but I know on LONG walks he may need a break. something like the joovy big caboose looks great but is SOOOO expensive. It looks like overseas there are numerous options for buggy boards that attach to strollers, some even have seats. I don't know- any advice?

What can I do next?

I got my joovy big caboose on ebay for about $170 less than what I saw it for on other sites ($250). It was new and still in the box AND I got free shipping. It was one of those "best offer" deals where we just negotiated on a price. You might want to try that. They also usually have some slightly used ones that aren't nearly as expensive as the new ones in the store. I love it:) I have 1 yr. old twins and a 3 yr. old that use it...the 2nd seat is roomier than most doubles, and the 3rd seat is a sit/stand. It is a big stroller, but it does fit fine at an angle in the back of my minivan. I love not feeling stressed having all 3 of them out on my own...everyone has a seat! Hope this is helpful! Good luck:)

My sister found a real neat attachment with a step that hooks to the back of a stroller in tne One Step Ahead catalog. Her older daughter stands on it until she gets tired, then she turns around and sits on the step.
They have all the newest, neatest inventions in the world of kids.

Hope it helps.

I'd get a sit-n-stand for the older two and then a sling or Ergo to wear the baby.

A few hours ago I bought a stroller board from stroller mama in Beachwood. The one I got is the Lascal Buggy Board. You can find them online as well. I know Valco Hitch Hiker is another one. You can find them on Amazon as well. I don't know if I love it yet, but I got it onto my umbrella stroller just fine (30 min or so of set up but good to go from there) and walked around the driveway a bit. They can be attached to a double as well. You could get a double (I love my graco quatro tour)(or get an umbrella type double) and put the stroller board onto it. There would not be a seat for him, but at least a place to stand.
